Journal of Biological and Food Science Research (ISSN 2277-0828) is an open access journal that is currently accepting articles for publication and publishes original scientific articles, reviews and short communications in English that are not under consideration for publication in another journal.

JBFSR publishes articles in all areas of food science, biology, microbiology, biochemistry, botany, optometry, zoology, cell and animal biology, genetics and molecular biology, entomology, ecology, bacteriology, bioformatics, sequence analysis, biophysics, evolutionary biology, yeast and fungal, plant physiology, brewing and distilling, computational biology, developmental biology, tissue engineering, antimicrobials, etc.

Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript within a month of submission. Following acceptance, a paper would be published in the next available issue.
